What you do here
In the calendar you page through the months and tap a day to see its appointments. Use „New appointment“ to capture title, time, kind, location and assign it to a person. On the board you drag appointments between Planned, Confirmed, Done and Cancelled – the status saves instantly. Tapping an appointment opens the details.
Tips
The dots under a day show that appointments are scheduled. In the list view the tabs separate upcoming, past and cancelled appointments; overdue start times are highlighted. Assignees may advance the status of their own appointments even without full management rights.
