What you do here
Use „New inspection“ to create a due inspection, link it to an asset, pick the inspection type (e.g. DGUV V3) and a due date. Use „Passed“ or „Defects found“ to record the result and the inspection date; use „Set status“ and „Assign“ to steer the workflow. On the board you drag inspections between the columns Due, Scheduled, Passed, Defects and Overdue – the status saves instantly. The calendar view shows all due dates at a glance.
Tips
The „Due“ tab shows all open, scheduled and overdue inspections; due dates within 30 days or in the past are highlighted. When closing an inspection, set the next due date right away so the recurring cycle stays gap-free. Assigned staff can view inspections and plan them in the calendar view.
