What you do here
On the board you drag project cards between Open, Active, On hold and Done – the status saves instantly. Use "New project" to capture name, description, customer, owner, priority, timeframe and budget. Tap a card for details or use the action menu to assign and to set status and priority.
Timeframe & dates
Each project has a start and end date plus an optional budget. A passed end date is flagged in board, list and calendar while the project is not done – so you instantly see what needs follow-up. Use the Open, Overdue and Done tabs to filter the list quickly; the calendar shows projects on their end date.
Who sees what
Creating, editing, deleting, assigning and setting status or priority are reserved for admin and dispatcher. Owners may advance the status of their own project even without full management rights. The customer is a loose display reference – selection works even if the Customers module is not (yet) booked.
