What you do here
You register properties (name, type, address, number of units), record the owner and the responsible manager and track status. Use the status board or the list to stay on top of your whole portfolio.
What it's for
Properties are the shared building block of property management – tenancies, maintenance, billing and fault reports build on them. Each property optionally references a responsible person from the directory.
Who sees what
Admin and dispatcher can create, edit, delete, set the status and assign the manager. The assigned manager may maintain their own property even without full management rights. Drivers only have read access to board, list and detail.
Tips
Use the tabs and filters in the list to quickly find properties in maintenance or under a specific manager. Record the acquisition value and target rent – both are shown in your configured currency. On the board you move properties between statuses without opening each one.
