What you do here
You invite new people with "Invite user" and maintain first name, last name, email, phone and language. The "Role" field controls permissions: Administrator manages users and settings, Manager / Dispatcher plans and sees everything, Member handles day-to-day work. Last name, email and role are required.
Status & access
The "Active" column shows whether someone can sign in. Instead of deleting, use "Deactivate": the person loses access but stays in the history. Use "Reactivate" to restore access later, and "Change role" to adjust permissions directly. Only administrators can invite, edit, deactivate and change roles.
Tips
In the list you can quickly find people by name, email or the colored role badge. Managers / dispatchers may view the list and details, but cannot create or change users.
